OK dont ask to many quations butmy russian connections just informed me of this.
i can get you a DDC ( youknow the one where you have to site for 4 to 6 hours in a classroom ) without sittingin the classroom.

it gets up to 4 points fo your license and a 10% or 15% insurance reduction.
youdo not have to show up. all you need is your licnse and a small fee.

i can do this for residents of NY PA and NJ
