Official Hockey Playoffs Thread
A great start by the Rangers thus far. Thrashers are playing a nice physical game but the Rangers answer back by putting the puck in the net. Now they get to come back to the Garden up 2-0.
On a side note, Islander's goalie DiPietro might get cleared and come back.
Devils on soon.

Dipietro has made some good saves thus far and the islanders have showed up to play tonight.

The sabres have me worried. The islanders def came to play last night and now have momentum and confidence going home for game 3. I think/hope the sabres thought the isles would just roll over and die and got caught off guard. I think Ruff will have them ready for game 3 but Miller needs to step up some esp with Dipietro playing the way he did last night it just motivated the whole team.

They are a different team when DiPietro is in goal. I just hope he is REALLY healed this time.

In the old days they would send out Rob Ray to throw an elbow to the back of his head. They realy need to make him work too and tire him out since he hasnt played in a few weeks

That guy is a prick, I was watching some of the crap he did yesterday in the atlanta game. Then again we used to have mathew barnaby.
these 2 games have been a prety clean series, but that penalty they called when the isles scored was prety weak.

Bah...hes a good player as well...hes everywhere. How bout Atlanta putting out their "muscle" during the last puck drop of the game. "Sending a message," only message there was is that they're going to the Garden down 2 games to none
