Default you can't be sirius

maybe it's me or...

i just got my greedy little hands on the SIRIUS ONE satellite radio. read the manual to preset favorite stations. get them all programmed in, getting psyched as i toggle & listen through them all. power off the unit, turn it back on - all the presets are gone!

tried it several times, the presets don't hold once you power the unit off - are you sirius?!!!

ok, now i'm starting to get sirius!!!

I still don't see a suitable growler harness on there yet.

lol, i've got 'growler transport 'covered - thanks for planting the seed in my head, it's nice enough to ride out there to get them refilled today.

I have the sportster replay. I've lost my presets once when the radio updated itself.

I've had the sportster replay for a few years now and have never lost the presets.

FIXED!

after emailing customer support they directed me to re-send the activation signal. after doing that the unit went into 'update' mode, now everything works as advertised.
