when you wanna send a pic to someone and it asks for the URL what does that mean? how do you attach the picture? the picture is on your hard drive. the URL box starts with an http://
?? whats that all about??

Are you trying to send a pic through this board? It's asking for a URL if you happen to have the image online somewhere. (i.e. - photobucket "dot" com)

You can upload pics from your hard drive to that site to post it on an online forum or web page.

If it's for a thread, you can just attach a picture, which gets it from your hard drive.
