awesome track. pro6 is an excellent org as well so I'm looking forward to the rest of the days in canada
summary of my event: lots of rain day 1, lots of throttle followed by crashing day 2
good thing I wasn't hurt cause this is what they use as an emergency response vehicle.. instead of a chopper they will medivac you out by golf cart to the nearest trauma center!
i think I just need a little safety wire..

No, but I'll take some when I get the bike back from WCW. They got the bike started and reset the front end so it looks like my forks are straight
It wouldn't start cause the bars went from full lock to full lock so hard it busted a wire inside a wiring harness.

Pro6 would have let me wear it I'm sure, but I chose to keep a low profile and it turned out to be the wise decision.
Red is pretty much similar to TPM Blue. Pro6 is a great org though for example they don't use cones and you only tech once per event unless you crash.

Having to go through tech every day of an event isn't necessarily a bad thing. I know to you its probably a great inconvenience but thats ok lol.

you also don't have to bring your helmet to tech, but they actually checked my 360° zipper the second time i went to pit out the first day. first time that's ever happened even though everyone says its required. and comon, unless ralph is teching your bike they won't find anything besides the obvious..

yep, and if you told em you're riding with buddies who don't mind i'm pretty sure they'd let you stuff someone at the apex. they seem pretty laid back. might have trouble explaining it to bonnie though

Ok I just got the bike back... Ron at WCW did an awesome job especially with how quickly he found the starting issue. The bars went to full lock so hard they crushed a wire inside a wiring harness that was against the frame (first pic). Not much is really damaged, just what is is completely destroyed. All the fairings are fine, most aren't even scratched. Not a mark on either frame sliders or case covers. The bike must have bounced several times on the front rim because there are three dents that get progressively worse on the same side. The steering stem was also knocked loose somehow so Ron tightened that up as well. The sidewall on the rear tire has a hole in it from being caught between the asphalt and the rim (there's a corresponding dent in the rim so I'm guessing that's what happened). Anyway here are the pics of the bike's current condition:
You can see the dent the clipons made in the frame which is where the wire got crushed:
Still need a new subframe to bend the exhaust back:
The clamp that holds the cap on the brake reservoir was ripped from the mount, and the fairing stay/intake are both cracked with pieces broken off:
Rear rim:
