Coach Tom
So in addition to working an insane amt of hours I took on yet another responsibility. I am now an asst def coordinator and line coach at bayside HS. An old friend of mine is the asst head coach and asked me to pitch in. Unfortunatley I cant work it full time but I work when I can.
So far its been a blast and will keep me around the game since I am not playing this year.

Well lets hope week 2 goes better than week one. We went out to new dorp in SI and got crushed 36 to 6 We scored in garbage time no less. Our guys played like crap poor form with tackling and many blown assignments. Fortunatley most of this is correctable and we did see some good things.
We have a 315 lb NT who wa slazy as hell in practice. He went out in mop up and in one play blew up the center, forced a fumble, pushed a guy out of the way and recovered it. He was def fired up after that and I was able to get into his head after that so I will make sure he gets some reps withthe first team this week. Sat is our home opener so lets hope for some better results.
