no, fuck that, if your gonna charge me 89.99 for something, make sure its for something hard, rebalancing my front 2 wheels or some shit like that. other then saying it took the mechanic 1 hour to replace 2 wiper blades.

i could replace all 3 on my truck in 10 minutes. and 4 on my car and brendas car in another 10 minutes

i was, but i had to drop the truck off at the dealer for the 2nd time for an on going oil leak from the bottom of my pan. 3rd time i pull the lemon law and get a new one. but they called and said they fixed it and are sure they fixed it but they did that multi point inspection on it and said i need new wiper blades on the front but the rear is still good. i always get blades from the dealer anyways because they last a lot longer, so i told them ok thinking they were just going to charge me for the blades is all until they handed me a bill,

i noticed it said 1.0 labor hours, replace wiper blades. ..... thats an insult lol

Maybe they only charge by the hour? Some places won't charge for anything less, even thought it might have taken 15 minutes.

Thats nuts!!!!

I have been in the auto business for 19 years..... sales and service. I am currently a Service Writer @ Paul Miller Audi........ we charge .20 of an hour for wipers..... on an Audi!!!!

I would take that bill to the service manager and ask him how they come to that time....

Well you can look at it this way, you spent $2,000,089.99 this week. It puts it in perspective.
