This lady has been using little electric heaters to keep one room warm, just uses propane to cook and for hot water.

I talked to the Augusta office of Suburban propane and they only had one delivery in the past year.

Apparently they get billed for the delivery, not a COD thing.

I just won't continue to use Suburban as a supplier for propane, they are rediculously expensive.

And yes the propane bill is theirs, not mine....but they can't take it with them so I don't mind paying for something I'll use anyway.
