Supposedlt they fit 2004-2007 5.4 Tritons. The cylinder head was changed for 2008 to use smaller, one piece design plugs.

Yes the plugs had to be replaced. Been dreading trying to get the down pipe off the manifild......Off to the shop.

Time to work on the truck. Plug swap was no problem, go tthe steering shaft off, time to work on the exhaust leak.
