It has a "balance charge" function that lets you monitor each cell within the battery, and only one cell was very low and it recharged.

The wires on the reg/rec are noticeably corroded, same issue I had years ago at BeaveRun

Charged up the battery and it fired right up. No idea how long it's been going bad.
