i was contemplating just running some regular castrol fluid from autozone but till just go to cyclegear for the rbf600

For best results everything should be taken completely apart, cleaned, and reassembled so there is no old fluid anywhere.

Castrol React - used to be called SRF - the best you can buy, but it's not cheap. about $80 a quart.
