can you connect through putty to the NAPs? try to do a copy of a 2GB file and see what speed you get

i give up. I have a 2nd NAP here cause im loading with music for a cleint. I gotta make sure my NAP and network isn't this slow always

flow control only really works if one is slower than the other.. It will set it at a certain speed
