Sad part is, I bought the house in 2005. Heat of the market for $601,000 and put roughly $200,000 into it. I'm taking a major loss

Everyrhing in the house is new. All new windows, doors, roof, siding, full electric upgrade, new weather head to meter panel, driveway, yard, you name it, it is done

It was appraised 2 times after the kitchen and yard remodel (yards don't add to value) so they say, but adds to the help of selling
