Employees will not “accrue” vacation days under this policy; therefore, employees will not receive compensation for “unused” vacation when they leave the Company under any separation scenario. Vacation time is not additional wages and is not part of the total rewards or compensation package. Instead of accruing and tracking vacation time, employees will have the flexibility to plan the vacation time they would like to take off, with pay, with their manager. This policy is consistent with our Company’s flexible workplace culture, which encourages employees to manage an appropriate work/life balance.
