Winds are now out of the N/NE. This should change all areas mixing in SENJ to snow and represent the final phase of this system. There are some pockets of dry air evident on radar but they are beginning to fill in. It's tough to pin down the exact ending time but snow should end from W to E overnight as the precipitation shield gives NJ it's last hurrah of this historic snow storm. The worst of the coastal storm surge should be behind us. While the next 1-2 tides may be above normal, I think this morning was the worst one. Be safe!
