I don't think the exhaust valve is stuck. Its not throwing codes and after the crash i hooked up my computer with Tune ECU and the bike had no error codes.

Well, i'm not very familiar with that bike but if it has motorized valves in the intake, and exhaust I would make sure they were operation correctly first. If the exhaust valve was stuck or limited in range it would cause a lag in poer and a weird exaust note. maybe even a whislt.

could be a damaged exaust valve in the exaust system.
