That means we (meaning America, African Americans, and/or women) picked her to be the President, but she lost the Electoral vote. Lady Two: "She lost what"? Lady One: "She won the popular vote, but she lost the Electoral Vote". Lady Two: "The Electoral vote? What's that? Is that the RICH PEOPLE vote"? Lady One: "Yes".
