What's the deal with renting a villa at NJMSP for a track weekend? - Sportbike Addicts

Anyone know the anticipated cost for the villas at NJMSP? Looking for the double Lightning weekend at the end of August.
Do you call the facility direct to grab a room there?

I thought the villa's were for purchase. The suite's which sit over the garage are full. I checked yesterday.

We paid $90 for the suite at T-bolt. They are really nice and new. The beds are not bad either. Flat screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator

The villas are for purchase, but there is a rental plan run by NJMP
so that the owners can make some money when they are not using them.

Are any of the villas at NJMP actually finished?
