Stopping in to say hi
Just popping back in to say hi. I apologize for being "ghost" lately. Getting really close to my show. 6 weeks to be exact. Things are getting crazy. Mind at this point begins to play games. just trying to stay the course and remain focused. Here are two preview pics for those interested.

Almost there dude. Couple of tips...Side chest - twist your shoulders clockwise just a tad more(give a broader appearance and show the striations in the back peck,) really sit on the leading leg too. And you're still not lifting your head with that lat spread, although it is improving from your avatar. One thing that was always drilled into my head was smile. Really work on holding a good smile while you're posing. Again, its all about presentation, judges notice being able to hold a good smile and controlled breathing.

thanks guys! I am getting really tired. I have already hit the "wall". Alot of times i find myself walking around going through a task not even realizing what i am doing. Just so focused, i can't quit now.
Joe - Those pics were taken before i started working with my posing coach. I have improved ALOT since then. I practice everyday post workout at the gym.
Kaz - Anything to keep me focused man. Pumping Iron, Blood and guts, Rudy, Rocky IV...anything. Its tough man...real tough.

Very cool. Are you using a mirror still, or someone helping you? At this point(generally speaking) no more mirrors, cause as you know, theres no mirrors on stage...just a few hundred people starin at ya
