i did the 2 days at tbolt 2 weeks ago and i was sore for 3 or 4 days afterwards. but ill do the 3 days though.
couple years ago i did Pocono East, the following day Pocono FUSA, the next 2 days Beaver. 4 days in a row. then to VIR 5 days later to do the S/S/N  |

It's called exercising. 
Jimmy and I did 3 days at VIR. It was tough but if you train beforehand, you'll be fine.
