Cruisers?
How the fcuk do people ride these pieces of shit?
I stole the old man's '07 Boulevard M109 today to ride to work. Took forever to get used to the forward foot position. Redline on the thing is like 8k. It weighs about 700lbs+. And I scraped the footpeg going 20mph around a turn. This will be my last ride ever on a cruiser of any kind and I feel bad for any of you forced to ride one all the time.

i love them. I ride my parents vrod and wide glide, I have a vlx 600. I don't mind the bike they are just different. Going fast isn't everything. I would still never give up my sportbike for one.
wow I never thought i would say that.

If I had the $ I would have a GoldWing. Just as slow and drags as quickly but at least it has all the comforts instead of feet forward bs.

I have a 98 Valkyrie for the street, its big, heavy and comfortable. It isn't necessary to drag a knee in the street and taking someone out for dinner and drinks on a sportbike gets old in a hurry.
Someday you might appreciate the comfort of a cruiser, when you are old enough..LOL

Honestly, my back hurt me more after riding the cruiser for an hour than my 1000RR did riding all day on it. I guess my body just isnt used to the positioning.

on a cruiser you sit more upright so any shock from a bump will go right up your spin, where as on your CBR you are leaned over and you legs and arms will take more of the shock.
Cruisers do have there place......................
just not in my garage

Unfortunately, my bike shares the garage with my father's, but I just throw a sheet over his and pretend like it isn't even there.
