Default MY Summit report!!!

AWESOME time

I think I may have found my new favorite track!!

It was a last minute decision for all of us, Me, Levi Rob and Mario. But me and Levi are used to these last minute, poor planning track days

We got to the hotel pretty late, but not to bad, got there right before midnight! (GPS is a POS) lol Checked in to the hotel, got settled in and YES there was / is something either behind the wall chewing it's way out, or IN the box spring mattress!!!! I don't jump from 1 bed to another when lights are out and it is something like 1am - 1:30am and also lifting both the mattress and box spring to look for whatever the hell it was. And I still stand by my word.. SOMETHING WAS THERE!!!!!

Got to the track, set up our area we all went to tech and of course, being me, my season is NOT complete unless I fail tech at least once a year (I failed for no rear brake pressure) I bled the rear brakes in record time, under 5 minutes, went back to tech and passed

Time for the riders meeting, on track rules, flags, Glens experience in the CCS race, more on track rules, flags, air walls, Glens experience in CCS race, more of Glens experience of CCS then he talked about the on track experience about the CCS race.

Red group out 1st, like always, now I haven't been to Summit since BEFORE the track surface really turned to shit, But I get out there and I see ALL the patch work they did. (Honestly they should of just did the entire track) I have nothing to compare it to meaning, how bad it was to how good it is now. But from what i remember 2 or 3 years ago, its the same LOL.

The patches look slick, shiny but it has a lot of grip, the seems are perfect!! So if you are avoiding going back to Summit because of what you heard I say don't avoid it no more, go and give it a try for yourself. Although there is a bump in 1 or 2 spots, but nothing serious. All it does is add a lot more fun to it!! But I cam in after my 1st session, I had a koolaid smile on my face. I was as if I was there all the time. I remembered the entire track after my first 2 laps!! I said to the guys, I am so crashing today.

The weather was perfect!! My front tire evened out, no more tearing. (cold tearing that had me worried) Over all we all had a awesome day there. I suggest you try it for yourself, don't listen to people say it's a shitty track surface bull crap. Trust me, you will enjoy it. Just don't look at the air fences as to how close they are. ENOUGH SAID WITH THAT

There was some shady, squirmish stuff going on though. When Blue group was out, I'll go to the wall on the front straight and watch, I see bikes, the riders, their gear ETC ETC ETC.. Now when I am out in red group, I see the SAME bike, person with same gear. The bikes all look the same and gear all look the same... but I am no dummy. The one bike I followed in because I had no choice to pass on the inside and wanted to say sorry, 2 more people rode in, and pitted next to him, BLUE stickers on their bikes I'm not one to drop dimes and squeel like a pig, but come on man! lol

SUMMIT

Great day for me, I have no issues with the repair work they did to the
pavement on Summit Main. The medium BT-003's are great too.

And when he says autonomy, he means we'll say "You know that skinny dude with # 712? He said you were out in red."
