feeler, bike raffle

we're still thinking of this, there seems like some sort of permit needed for a nonprofit organisation to do a raffle, but no one seems to be able to tel me if one is needed for a business to do one. Damn state of NJ!
and yes if this does happen there will be some sort of cap on it, probably 90 tickets or so
