Default ebay issue

so I bought the rotors on July 15 for '06GSXR750 on ebay using "buy it now" option and paid thru paypal right away.( I needed them ASAP ) A week later I start to worry b/c i didn't receive them!I sent about 17 e-mails with no answer! Called the dude , left the message. After few attempts I got his son (which I don't belive ) and said he will call me later.Of course he didn't .On Aug 7 - 23 days later I opened claim on paypal and now the dude said that he sent the item on July 28 but came back b/c of unsfficent address .My address is correct and he got also my address on the paypal so in my opinion is his fault for not checking the address (if thats the case). So now I want the proof that he actully sent the item at all but b/c of his very late shipping I want my money back. The dude blames me and want the address and additional money for the shipping!Midtime I checked his recent feedback and see 4 negative .So its not only me.I did not leave feedback yet b/c I know he would leave some shit on my feedback.
Any suggestions of what should I do ?I never used ebay a lot b/c I was always aware of crap like this!

i would continue with the paypal claim. If he dosent have a tracking number or anything to prove he even attempted to ship it, then you will most likley get the paypal refund. Paypal almost always sides with buyers and all those recent neg. feedbacks will help your case too.

Ask him for the tracking #. If he can't supply one go right back to Paypal and tell em that.

he sent me trac# from usps but you can't see anything there except for a town.I see Clifton there but different zip code.I asked for actual tag from the package showing that trac#. The thing is that I don't want those rotors since if they not straight I'm fucked so I rather fight for money!I told him that I was forced to buy them alsewere due to timing issue.

The tracking # should tell you where the package is and where its next place its going(like each hub,)eta's all that stuff. Thats how it is with UPS, not sure about USPS.

His incompetence should not be a reason for Paypal to side with him. If he can't fill out a mailing label correctly, then there is a serious problem. I would also keep the claim open until he delivers or you you get a refund.

easier said then done, but if you know what shipping company he used to ship go there and find out when was the last/latest an item was shipped there or being shipped there. they will give you a print out of it dates, times ETC, even if it was shipped back to sender you will get a print out of everything you had delivered since the very 1st package even it were 15 years ago.

yup i experienced the samething
