i buy all my sups from BodyBuilding.com or SmartBodyNutrition.com. I only hit GNC on the first week of the month if i'm running low or if they are having a BOGO on vits.

I used to do bodybuilding.com but I still found them more expensive then GNC on the first week of the month.

I am strictly working out at home right now due to the tight budget. Since I am not really looking to bulk up it works pretty good for me.

I used to go to xtreme fitness...a couple of my friends go to LA Fitness

i hear you. I was working out at home for the same reason up until about 3 months ago. But i was really starting to plateau at home. 3 sets of 25 reps each for everything. lol. it was time to join a gym or buy heavier dumbbell$. Then i found a flyer on my windshield proclaiming $20/mo for retrofitenss...pennies compared to LA fitness. Since i was looking at spending close to $200 for more dubmbells it was a no brainer. Also considered what my comfort at home would be like as it slowly transformed into a gym

Whats the skinny on this muscle milk? I've been out of the loop on supplements for a while now, looking to get back into it. I've always used Myoplex. I was reading the MM label, for the levels of everything it has, I'm thinking I would use 1 scoop instead of two for some added nutrition. Help make it last too.

rumors on muscle milk side effects.., i avoid it at all costs. just one example thread --> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=890258
I've had side effects from MuscleTech shit too. I use BSN exclusively now. Labrada Pro V60 was damn good too, but expensive. both have relatively low carbs.

xstortion, since your in Edison you MUST have visited the local cablevision office to return a cable box or somethin. The retrofitness is literally right behind it. Besides being a top notch gym with spankin brand new equipment, they let us throw our bikes on the sidewalk right up front. There's a few of us that ride there.

I still use muscle milk on occasion I actual had one today. I use it when I don't have time to make a shake or something along those lines. I mainly have them for the convenience. I like being able to grab a premixed shake when I think its necessary. The only setback I see is that they contain a lot of fat which is not exactly what I am looking for because I want lean muscle. I am looking into trying the light formula to see how that is.

Ahh I know exactly where that is my boy actually mentioned it to me because he works at cablevision. He said he sees a lot of girls coming out of there. May not be the best place for me because my attention will end up elseware lol.
May be worth a look.

The haven't tried to hike up the price on u after membership or anything have they? Is it month to month or do u have to commit the full year?

you have to commit to a full year to lock in the 20/mo. No price hike and i got a free month for referring my wife And yeah, there are some fine girls but men still outnumber them so it's not the playboy mansion or anything. TVs on all the cardio equipment and they sell all kinds of overpriced shakes when ur in a pinch for time. Full shower/locker room and a daycare... they even have a an extra dedicated room for cardio with a full movie theatre. it's nuts watching better off dead on a stationary bike lol
