Black album was awesome, however, Live Shit Binge and Purge is better.

not a Metallica fan at all anymore. I used to not mind them, then started disliking them to spite a few friends who were diehard fans and listened to nothing BUT Metallica and KoRn... now I'm just not feeling their new stuff.

I DID vote for MOP also... but their newest stuff was surprisingly good. My friend was playing it for me and I enjoyed it. St. Anger was crap.

The rest of metallica died with the black album. I am sure Cliff wouldnt have allowed any of that crap to happen. For me its kill em all so much raw agression with whiplash, seek and destroy etc...
And of course anesthesia

It was recorded with Protools on a PC, thats a consumer program, not a professional pgm. The album sounds crappy. Some of the better songs live really are MUCH better.

We heard Am I evil last week on satelite before our football tournament started. Am I evil was fun to play ( plus it was easy so I could play it )
that was the stuff that got me listening to more of the thrash bands back then, old anthrax, overkill, testament, exodus, and of course SLAYER!!!!!!!!!

Old school Anthrax, wow, gotta dig up the ol albums. Among the Living was great. The Anthrax/Public Enemy thing was pretty cool too.
