Default New helmet releases?

What time of year do the helmet manufacturers generally put out their new lineup? I've been waiting for Suomy and Arai to show their new helmets, but I guess it's not going to happen any time soon.

I have my new helmet here my fiance bought me for VDay, it arrived today but I didn't open it yet lol, I told her I will wait til she gets home to open it since after all, she bought it. I feel cheesy to just open it in her absence.

it's the HJC Raven....looks good in pics...I hope it looks good in person too lol

I'm gonna try thios bad boy out in the spring. It not out yet but will be soon.

Air adjustable cheek pads and sliding sun visor. Some great innnovations in this helmet. Decent price too.

I got faith that system will work great just because of how fast Scorpion helmets jumped on the market and got a reputation for being built solid for the price.

Got in touch with Scorpion USA and they're saying April to May. It still going through certification so we'll see. I tried their EXO-700 and it is a surprisingly good helmet for price that won't break the bank.

I rock a scorpion EXO 400, and I love it. I am in between sizes, so both M and L fit me, but M is a little over snug. While I still love it, I just bought another EXO400 in a L, different color/design. I am definately going to look at that EXO1000... because if the sunvisor inside is anything like the fogless visors on the Scorpions now, that would be a great thing... the visors are already easy enough to swap (I have gotten it sub-10seconds now), but not having to swap or carry another visor with you would be awesome. I like that pump too... that's cool. Interested in seeing the different designs/colors available on it.

I was sold on Scorpion because of the price, but amazed with how comfortable it is for my head. Some people have complained about the small details being cheaper quality, but I have had no issues of anything breaking.

I saw the Schuberth helmet with the internal tinted visor built in at the show this year. I really liked that option rather then having to worry about switching visors on the road and I know Scorpion is a better brand then Schuberth.

Schuberth is actually a "premium" brand. They sponsor F1 and MotoGP teams so a lot of technology is race derived. They are also Made in Germany. Scorpion designs the helmets in the US but they are actually manufactured in China. Schuberth I think makes a better quality product (Schuberth S1) but for the $400 difference I'd stick with the Scorpion.
