I would post a pic of me without a shirt but I'm so damn furry you guys wouldn't see my "physique" anyway. Not to mention I'm as skinny as hell and pale like a freaking ghost. I did martial arts for many years and feel that "toned" in the Bruce Lee style is much better for every day life than bulked up. That's just a personal opinion of course and I could do with out the BL hemorrhage that went with his condition. I still have a lot of respect for normal guys that are able to achieve something like this dude but feel that at a certain point, bulking up actually becomes an obsession and prevents a person from actually enjoying their lives to its potential.

Well you gotta keep in mind that there is a height difference. Ronnie is like 5'10" and so was Flex. Nasser was around that height too.
I have seen pics of Joe and for his height he was VERY well conditioned and carried some good muscle. |
