That's more like it. More lean up top, less ass off the seat. Body (more) parallel with the angle of the bike and not twisted. Chest/shoulders squarely facing the direction of the corner. Spine straight.
The guys that really are quick might want to correct me or add to that list. The main issue with all those guys is that they're twisted. Seem to by trying to hard to get their knee down. IDK, I'm not perfect either, just like to practice form and as you've probably noticed, I do that in a car park at low speed because I can't afford to go to track days every other weekend.
FYI. I've been riding for a bit over 2 years and have done one track day so my word isn't gospel by any stretch of the imagination. I'm just pointing out what I thought was bad form. I have pics posted of my form on the site somewhere if anyone wants to critique me. I'd appreciate the feedback to be honest.
