Bird Flu Pandemic

I just watched a news report on the Bird Flu Pandemic. There saying that its not "IF" anymore, but "WHEN". Its highly likely that it will kill several million worldwide, and 2 million in the US, with people from the ages of 20-40 most at risk if they dont get a vaccine developed in time. And thats not even the worst case scenario. This is some scary shit!

Its very possible to happen... i check google news everdya.. and there are so many new outbreaks of birdflu.. i can see how its spreading.. and its mostly through less economically developed cultures.. alot of them dont understand the seriousness of the problem so they hide chickens/birds because their government doesnt give them fair market value for them. its slowly spreading and if it mutates into an airborne disease then were really fucked..
but regardless. their will always be a threat of pandemic.. and eventually their will be one.. in 10 20 50 years... it will come eventually weathe by birdflu or something else. its natures way of controlling the population

I work at a hospital.

It is a serious threat, but I really think it's more for the media to get ratings.

Whenever there is a serious out break of immediate risk we are notified to be on the watch.

Remember SARS? Supposedly that was the next black plague.
