They started installing here a few months ago as well (townhouses). In anticipation I cancelled Comcast TV, and of course they f'd up and cancelled my internet as well. I was paying $145 for TV and Internet only, and that did not include any premium channels at all, and only one HD box.

Not sure if FiOS is available yet, and I am not very motivated just yet.
