in an 01 mitsu eatclits, most likely installed isodin. should be a few screws holding the dash bezzle, remove them and pull it off. may have to remove the center console bezzle aaround the shifter also in order to get to screws on the bottom. with all that out of the way, remove the 4 8mm bolts holding the bracket to the car and radio is out.
if not isodin mounted, then remove trim ring and slide pioneer radio keys into the sides (should have come with the radio) and slide it out
