Oh, you were serious? I thought this thread was a joke?
It's easy, put the bike in neutral, thread a 2x4 or 2x2 through the rear wheel spoke and swingarm to hold the nut in place whilst it's turning (of course the chain needs to be on the bike at the time). Use a length of PVC or metal pipe for a breaker bar on the countershaft nut as it's usually on there pretty tight.
Some people have been confused on this, but the thread on the countershaft are normal, not reversed if you were wondering.
