I finally dropped the annoying muscle bulk and extra body fat from 185lbs to a lean/strong 160lbs at 6 feet tall. My body fat percentage is 8.2 and BMI's 21. I don't touch weights, all cardio and complete body plyometrics/core exercises with 4 sets of 70 pushups per day for my debut in men's amature road bike racing this year. Only shitty part was getting new clothes and having my suits tailored cuz my waist dropped from a 34 to 32 and I'm down a full shirt size from XL to L or even M in some cases. My healthy diet is no more than 1,500 calories per week day, and I cheat on weekends with some junk food but even still I probably don't exceed 2,000 calories.
