I was going to suggest a mini pickup (trackday hauler / daily driver)
... but just looked the pricing (WOW!) People think these things are made of gold!

Here's a 1996 Toyota Tacoma mini truck - 2wd $4000 - 172,000 miles

According to that website... you need to spend over $8000 to get a low mileage 2wd mini pickup. yikes!
