Tom, my heater guy came by. He thinks the gas valve is bad. He's going to order me another. It's covered under warranty. I just need to pay for labor.

He "thinks" the gas valve is bad? It's either good or bad. Not hard to troubleshoot. Also, I'm surprised he didnt have one on his truck. Pretty common part.
