Here is one that I know for sure is true... it happened in Chicago.
Man and wife were at one of those Hibachi places to eat dinner. The chef was doing his thing cutting and flipping the food up into the air. A piece of shrimp went flying towards the man who instinctively quickly tilted his head to the side to avoid getting hit in the face. In doing this he actually pulled something in his neck to the point of needing surgery. The man died in surgery and the wife sued the chef who flung the piece of shrimp (not the doctor who operated on him) and she WON!!
