I have heard the same horror stories, so long as you document properly and can justify the exams/therapy etc then its ok. I have had the owners try to push me in one direction or another but I just do my thing and document it appropriatley and all is good. Plus the doc I work for told me I only do what he wants not the office manager and I even have the power to toss people out of the office if I think they are full of crap.
