Signed the lease agreement today and I have the keys! I am so psyched. Going to be a lot of cleaning up, moving and organizing to do this weekend. I can't wait though.

Anyone that wants to pitch in and help me move and unload stuff this weekend, let me know! Everything is already in my box truck so it is just a matter of unloading and then moving and arranging stuff inside.
