I am still working on this lease with the owner. Some 13th hour bs came out so we are back re-negotiating. Hopefully the outcome will be succesful with this location as it has the most potential of any of the shops I have looked at. I'll keep ya all posted. But I have still been lookin at other locations in the mean time.
