I bought Rain / Vent guards online from www.carid.com.. theres a online interactive chat on the site too, and i even asked if they fit the king ranch even though the application says king ranch, but whatever so i get them and they didnt fit, i called them ETC ETC told them about the issue and here is the email i got shortly after the phone convo

In order to further assist you with your issue, we are kindly asking for the following information to be sent to us via email:

1. Digital photos that clearly show the problem
2. VIN # of your vehicle so we can confirm the exact model & options of your vehicle.
3. Part number from all possible locations: ex. inside/outside of the box, on the product itself.

Once we receive the above information, we will try resolve the issue and reply to you with 24-72 hours.

We understand that this request can be of an inconvenience, and therefore want to reassure you that this will greatly help us resolve the issue.

So are they giving you a full refund + shipping? Regardless what product code on record or packaging says its clearly wrong. that's not an excuse lol

There's been quite a few times that I've ordered OEM dealer items, not just hap hazzardly produced aftermarket shit and its been listed for wrong applications.

Tell them that the product # is probaby correct..but the actual product in the package isn't. I had a similar instance with my new microwave...the charcole filter that had to be ordered seperate had the right model # on it, but the wrong filter inside, it got mislabeled at the warehouse. Funny thing is, the dealer over the phone kept telling me that its the right one, it has to fit lol...eventually figured out what happened and I got the right one.
