I was looking to get a new helmet and was looking at maybe an arai profile series. Just wanted to get some feedback from u guys. I know that everyone seems to like the more expensive corsair.

Personally I don't like arai helmets. I love my shoei rf1000.

But i did hear that helmet harbor is having a sale on all there left over 06 helmets.

I went and tried on helmets and I liked the fit of the arai's

Scorpion EXO-700 - kick ass helmet...I use it for my daily commute.

arai or shoei i still have my shoei rf-900

It is really going to depend on the shape of your head. My head is shaped like an egg so the Astral series fits me much better then the Corsairs.

Overall the Arai is probably the most comfortable helmet I own. My only complaint is that at higher speeds the front tends to push against my face.

Werd. I just picked one up from Sportbike Track Gear for $149. I love it, Lightweight, & quiet

Shoei or Arai. The build quiality of these two is second to none. HJC and Suomy next. The rest are just runner ups. If the Arai fits you, try a X-series Shoei as well.

HJC over AGV?

I have seen AGV helmets fall apart in 2 years time. Strap looked 20 years old, interior falling apart..........

Very interesting. Were these older or recent models?
