Weight Loss - Tracking
Alright, i have started to track my weight loss and lazy to do it in a friggin spreadsheet, i am doing it here :D.
My weight around March 5th or 6th - 205lbs Goal by July 5th - 175lbs Posting it here just for motivation :lol: ----------------------------------------------------------- May23rd - New Goal for the end of the year. 150lbs. -------------------------------------------------- Jan 3 2009 New Goal March 31 - 140 lbs ---------------------------------------- |
Dude you got that....just decrease your Kcal intake and do cardio 3 times per week.

Levi cardio and some core body training will be very helpful One it will help you loose weight but as you get faster on the track it becomes more physically demanding So building your endurance now wil pay off later.

I've seen dudes spend thousands of dollars in suspension and larger power plants just cuz they're too damn lazy to lose the weight. Save your cash and drop the fat, you'll feel like a new man, and your heart and body will thank you for it, cuz you're not getting any younger and gravity wreaks havoc on your joints. You can reach that goal and keep it by simply staying off the junk and increasing your cardio as others have said.
