After looking at the 08' scheduled I decided that I need to cut down the expenses somewere. So instead my 12mpg Dodge Ram I will use this set up next season:ride:

Hey Ken, I remember that trailer from Shenandoah, you have the whole garage in there:lol:
I decided to use my passenger car next season, if I dont like it for some reason I can always use my pick up truck.

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE

Paul
I am sure hauling one bike will be OK with your car. For the fuel savings alone, its a great motivator..
When I hit the track, I admit to having TONS of crap with me including another rider's bike and gear.

In the end, I wish I could get there with less gear, but I think it has become impossible...LOL

Anyone have any input on this???

Beings it is a fold up would help much with storage.. They also make a double for a little more, however I was not able to determine if that would make trailering a single handle funny..

Modular Single Rail Transport
Of course it "Folds Up, Stands Up". But now it's Lighter, Longer, Stronger and Lower.

MSRP 1999.95

INNOVATIONS (2003-Up)
· Integrated Wheel Chock System For Easy One-Person Loading
· Round Tube Steel Construction - Lighter & Stronger Frame
· Lower Platform and Longer Stronger Ramp For Loading
· 13" Chrome Wheels & Trailer Specific Tires
· Removable Rails for Utility Flatbed Use
· Optional Full Size Spare Available
· Holds Any Size Rear Bike Tire
· Larger Casters

Weight: 300 lbs Max Width: 72 inches
Capacity: 1000 lbs Max Length: 120 inches
Standing Height: 89 inches Depth: 27 inches

Anyone have any experience with these?

CBRBob 01-26-2008 12:06 PM

They are fine, but $2K?? Plus, where are you going to put everything?
If you need it to fold for storage space, just get one of those Harrbor Freight 4x8 fold ups with the 12" wheels for $300. Add a plywood deck some eye bolts for tie downs and you have a sub $500 with plenty of room to mount gas cans etc too.

Thanks Bob.. A little more searching led me to these.
