5' of waterbin my basement (a company thats this thursday to reot my entire basement) and water was within inches of coming IN my front door. the street lost power for almost 12 hours but im solar so no worries

I just had fun crossing a few new rivers out there. It's nice to have ground clearance sometimes.

Took a quick clip with my phone of one of the side streets in my area. For those who know where I live, I have the woods in the dead end(a natural flood basin) and then this road continues past the woods. Basically if the woods weren't there my street would connect to this one. Sad sight for sure.

Couple pics from sister in laws house in Rutherford. The water was still rising when these were taken. The eclipse in the driveway is sitting about 2ft off the ground on blocks. Fire Dept evacuated my wife and kid by boat...
